What I picked up from IMATS Toronto

Since this was my first IMATS. I wanted to play it smart so I planned in advance on what I needed, made a list and planned my budget. I settled on 150.00 I figured that would be more that enough for what I needed. 

So on my list I had 

                           

             Cover Fx skin prep 

It retails on their website  for $45.00cad. 

I also had been lusting for their Translucent loose mineral power that retails $32.00cad. 

which also can be found on their website.

The only other thing I really wanted to look at was a good concealer..
I heard a lot about the Cover FX camouflage concealer and after testing it out I fell in love..

It retails for $27.00cad. and can also be found on their website

When I arrived at Imats this was the first three things I wanted to get.. 

Well let me tell you! I went to Naimie's Beauty Center and they just so happen to have everything I wanted in a kit they were selling for $70.00cad. I was in heaven.. 

HERE IS THE KIT.

So I was pumped of course because it had everything I wanted and more..

I was able to get a free cover fx cream fountain brush #160 It retails for $38.00 and can be found on their website here

The translucent power that came in the kit also had 3 different shades of there foundation on the top..

I also really was in need for some brushes but didn't know which brand I was looking for so I went to the Royal Brush Booth and found some AWESOME deals..I knew I wanted a full set and I was dying for a new Kabuki mine would cry every time I used it.. LOL

So the Kit I bought like I said was from Royal Brushes

I got this for $25.00cad.

It has everything I need except a Kabuki.. I found two kabuki's that I fell in love with and I couldn't choose so I got both.

The First one I bought was retailing at $29.99usd on there website which you can find here .

I was able to get this for $5.00 = )

 

I also found this at royal brushes it retailed at $11.99usd on their website here

I got this for $5.00 as well.. 

When I left Royal Brushes I ended up spending $30.00cad.

Now this is were it gets crazy. I never wear false lashes. I have worn them once for Halloween and they were half way up my lid. Plus I used that clear liquid adhesive that you use for individual lashes and it burn the crap out of my eyes so I gave up on them.

Well I ended up running into Mabel and Angela from
Velour Lashes. I loved there videos and have been following them on twitter for a long time. I noticed that this was there first imats so I decided to get some lashes.. I had one of there beautiful makeup artist at there booth to put them on for me and show me how to do it properly and what are good adhesives to use so I won't ever have to burn my eyes out again! haha

I bought "Are Those Real" they can be found on their website here. These lashes retail at $59.00 they are discounted on there website right now for $29.99 I purchased mine for $20.00cad.

The last thing I bought was from LASplash and It was more of a impulse buy I think..

It's the Liquid Eyeliner Base it retails on there website for $6.99 you can find it here.

I got mine for $2.00cad.

That was everything that I purchase from Imats.. I really wanted to look at some things from NYX but that crap was so nuts I didn't have the patience to even stand in line for 5 mins.. = )
